That standeth meekly by
With thy proud arch’d and glossy neck,
And dark and fiery eye;
The stranger hath thy bridle-rein,
Thy master hath his gold;
Fleet limbed and beautiful, farewell;
Thou’rt sold; my steed, thou’rt sold.
